Viral Salmon Rice Bowl in a Wrap

  • 1 large nori sheet
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 3 oz. Regal New Zealand Cold Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/3 cup brown rice, cooked
  • sesame seeds


  • Start with a large nori sheet and slice from the center to the bottom. 
  • Add avocado to the first quadrant. 
  • Add cold smoked salmon to the second quadrant. Top with sriracha and mayo. 
  • Add sliced cucumber to the third quadrant. 
  • Add brown rice and sesame seeds to the fold quadrant.  
  • Fold the avocado half up, then across, then down.
