Ingredients
  

Cheesy Zucchini

  • zucchini, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Blueberry Almond Waffles

  • 1/3 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp rice milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Chocolate Coconut Waffles

  • 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined. Pour batter into a pre-greased waffle iron and cook until set. Repeat with remaining batter.
