1/2cuptapioca flour

1cupstrawberries
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor except blueberries & strawberries, and blend until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries and strawberries by hand.
Preheat a medium skillet over medium high heat and pour 3-4 tbsp of batter into the skillet. Cook until the bottom has set, about 2 minutes then flip and cook for another minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
