Smoothie Bowls 4 Ways

Ingredients
  

Pineapple Kiwi

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 handful of spinac
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 tsp Icelandic wild fish oil smoothie booster * optional

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp  cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp PB
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 tsp Icelandic wild fish oil smoothie booster *optional

Mango Citrus:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Icelandic wild fish oil smoothie booster

Berry Peach

  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 tsp Icelandic wild fish oil smoothie booster * Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
