Smoothies 6 Ways

Ingredients
  

Sweet Green

  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 mini avocado
  • 1 handful frozen spinach
  • 1 cup green juice or water

Blueberry Banana

  • 1 cup froen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Beet Berry

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup beet juice or water

Pineapple Mango

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Citrus Carrot

  • 1 orange
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice or water

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp no sugar added peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 vanilla low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 handful frozen spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend combination of choice in a high speed blender until smooth. Serve in a glass.
