Wrap Hack 3 Ways

Ingredients
  

Avocado Egg

  • 1 egg, scrambled
  • 1 whole grain sprouted tortilla
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp guacamole
  • 1 handful spinach

Dessert

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 whole grain sprouted tortilla

BLT

  • 1 whole grain sprouted tortilla
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 handful chopped romaine
  • 1 strip bacon, cooked
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo

Instructions
 

  • Cut a line in the center of a tortilla to the bottom.
  • Add fillings to each quadrant.
  • Start with the bottom left corner, fold the tortilla up, then over to the right, then down.
