Apple Breakfast Oat Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup Quaker quick oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened dried apples, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form into cookie shapes. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes until set. Allow to cool before serving.
