Sheet Pan Meal – 3 Ways

6-ingredient chicken sheet pan meals – 3 ways! If you are looking for easy weeknight meals, look no further. 
?
MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN: ?

What you’ll need: ?
2 Springer Mountain Farms chicken breasts?
1 red bell pepper?
1/2 onion, chopped into large pieces?
2 cups baby potatoes, quartered?
1/4 cup feta?
1/4 cup olives?
?
What to do:?
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.?
2. Add all ingredients to the sheet pan except feta & olives. Spray with oil spray and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with feta and olives.?

TERIYAKI CHICKEN?


What you’ll need:?
2 Springer Mountain Farms chicken breasts, chopped?
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped?
1 red bell pepper, chopped?
1 cup broccoli, cut into small florets?
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce?
1 tbsp sesame seeds?
?
What to do:?
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.?
2. Toss all ingredients together with teriyaki sauce and spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. ?
3. Bake for 20 minutes. ?
?

CHICKEN MARINARA

What you’ll need:?
2 Springer Mountain Farms breasts?
2 zucchinis, chopped?
1 egg?
1/4 cup whole grain breadcrumbs?
1/4 cup marinara?
2 slices fresh mozzarella?
?
What to do:?
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.?
2. Whisk egg in a large shallow bowl and place breadcrumbs in another large shallow bowl.?
3. Dip chicken into the egg followed by breadcrumbs and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add zucchini. Spray with oil spray and bake for another 10 minutes.?
4. Remove from oven and set oven to broil. Add marinara and cheese to both chicken breasts and broil for 2 min or until cheese melts.?
