Rosemary and Thyme Spiced Nuts

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup walnuts
- 2/3 cup pecans
- 2/3 cup almonds
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp EVOO
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
- Prepare spice mixture in a medium bowl.
- Coat nuts with EVOO and then add spices and stir.
- Serve warm and toasty.
