Zucchini Noodle Shrimp Scampi

Instructions
  1. Heat one tablespoon of Mazola Corn Oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp and seasonings and sauté for 3 minutes or until shrimp begins to cook.
  2. Add broth and lemon juice to the skillet and continue to cook for another minute or until shrimp is cooked through.
  3. Stir in zucchini noodles and continue cooking until noodles are tender and everything is combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with parsley and parmesan.
