- 2 burger buns, toasted
- 8 oz. ground grass-fed beef
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white mushrooms, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mixt together beef, onion, garlic, mushrooms and seasonings until combined.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and cook patties on both sides until browned and no longer pink in the center with an internal temperature of at least 160 F.
- Serve you patties with buns and toppings of choice.
