PB Chocolate Prune Bites:
- 1 cup Sunsweet prunes
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Coconut Prune Bites:
- 1 cup Sunsweet prunes
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
Cinnamon Prune Bites:
- 1 cup Sunsweet prunes
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup cinnamon

Instructions
- Make each energy bite separately by adding all ingredients except topping to a food processor and processing until you achieve a crumbly batter.
- Using your hands, roll about one tablespoon of batter into balls.
- Add topping to separate bowls and roll each ball in toppings. Place on a serving plate.
