  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Coconut Prune Bites:
  • 1 cup Sunsweet prunes
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
Cinnamon Prune Bites:
  • 1 cup Sunsweet prunes
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon
Prep Time 30 minutes

  • 1 cup Sunsweet prunes
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
Cinnamon Prune Bites:
  • 1 cup Sunsweet prunes
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Make each energy bite separately by adding all ingredients except topping to a food processor and processing until you achieve a crumbly batter.
  2. Using your hands, roll about one tablespoon of batter into balls.
  3. Add topping to separate bowls and roll each ball in toppings. Place on a serving plate.
