Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor & blend until smooth. Transfer batter to squeeze bottle or piping bag with a small hole cut on the corner. ?
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray & place over medium low heat. ?
  3. Squeeze batter all over the pan so that you have tiny pancakes. Cook until bottoms are golden brown, about 1 minute, then flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds.?
  4. Serve with milk & fruit or butter & raw honey.
