Beet Root Brownies
almond flour, blanched
BareOrganics Beet Root powder
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add all ingredients except chocolate chunks to a food processor and process until batter is uniform.
Pour batter into a parchment paper lined bread pan and top with chocolate chunks.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center of the brownies.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Serves 6.
