5-minute pickle BUN sandwich!
On a serious pickle-kick lately and this low carb bread-less sandwich is so refreshing for summer + easy to make. Start with 1 large pickle or cucumber and fill with lettuce, tomato, red onion, low sodium deli turkey and Grillo’s pickle chips for extra crunch.
Pickle “buns” are a lower calorie, lower carb swap for traditional bread sandwiches without having to skimp on the fillings.
