Pecan Pie Smoothie

- 4 dates, de-pitted
- 2 tbsp pecans, toasted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
- Add ice, dates, pecans, cinnamon and vanilla first to a high speed blender.
- Add your almond milk, coconut water and pinch of salt.
- Blend until your smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
