I teamed up with Happy Tree to bring you this strawberry maple water smoothie that is sweet, creamy and great post-exercise fuel. Maple water is only half the calories of coconut water and is rich in B vitamins and electrolytes. Happy Tree sources their water straight from the source-maple trees here on U.S. soil. I’m looking forward to enjoying this refreshing beverage as it continues to make its way into mainstream grocery stores.
