Egg white wraps – 6 ways! Are you on the egg white wrap train yet?
I shared these on my Instagram stories last week and got hundreds of DM’s asking about how to make them, where to purchase, etc.. They taste like traditional tortillas but are much lower in calories and carbohydrates and higher in satisfying protein.
These wraps are my latest food find obsession made with cage-free egg whites instead of flour which lower the calories and carbs in your traditional wrap and increases the protein.
Each wrap has <1g carb, <35 calories and 5g+ of high quality complete protein. Plus, they come in delish flavors like southwest, italian, rye & everything bagel.
