Spring allergies are not fun for anyone. Grass, pollen and molds fill the air outside which can lead to an inflammatory response in our airways and sinuses resulting in sneezing, coughing and itching. Not only are these foods inherently nutritious and great for anyone to incorporate into their diet, they may also serve a purpose.
