3-Ingredient Chocolate Pecan Banana Bites
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 oz. pecans, chopped
- Slice banana and place on a nonstick or parchment-paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate using the double boiler method and dip banana slices into the chocolate using a fork and let the excess chocolate drip off before placing on the baking sheet. Top each banana bite with chopped pecans and freeze until set.
